The wait is finally over. In response to overwhelming demand, the trusted Billys Beach Crew is proud to present Beach Boma — a vibrant, high-energy beach festival created exclusively for teens aged 13 to 17, right here in St Francis Bay.
Taking place from 27 December to 2 January, Beach Boma is more than just a celebration — it’s a thoughtfully curated experience where music, fun, and safety come together in perfect harmony. Set during the peak of the festive season, we aim to offer your teens a safe, structured, and engaging environment to enjoy world-class entertainment while creating lifelong memories.
Safety Is Our Top Priority
At Beach Boma, we understand the responsibility that comes with hosting youth events. That’s why our festival is designed with a comprehensive safety plan, including:
Trained adult supervision is present 24/7 throughout the festival.
Strict access control – No one over 18 or under 13 will be permitted.
Full medical team and first-aid personnel on site.
Emergency protocols are aligned with local health and safety regulations.
A zero-tolerance policy on smoking, vaping, alcohol, drugs, and inappropriate behaviour.
No dangerous items, profanity, or hate speech allowed
Breach of any rule will result in removal without refund
We’ve partnered with local law enforcement, Fire & Rescue, and a trusted medical team to ensure the highest levels of safety and security throughout the event. We uphold a strong Code of Conduct and expect all attendees to treat others with respect, kindness, and inclusivity. Any individual failing to adhere will be required to contact their guardian and leave the event.

What are the Entry Rules & Regulations?
Only valid Beach Boma tickets will be accepted
Strictly no over 18s or under 13s
No smoking, alcohol, drugs, or contraband
No dangerous items, profanity, hate speech, or inappropriate behaviour
Breach of any rule will result in removal without refund
What Identification is accepted?
Original identification: Valid ID or Passport. We only accept certified photocopies*
Your ticket will need to be accompanied by your original, or a certified copy of your ID or Passport, to gain access to the event.
Beach Boma maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy when it comes to fraudulent behaviour. Any attendee found in possession of a fake or falsified ID will be confiscated and immediately removed from the event and handed over to the South African Police Service (SAPS) for further action.
These measures are in place to protect all attendees and uphold the standards of a secure and respectful environment.
My child was born in a year that fits within the 13–17 age range, but they haven’t reached the required age yet — can they still purchase a ticket?
We understand that many young people are eager to join the Beach Boma experience, and we truly appreciate the excitement. However, for safety and compliance reasons, only individuals who are between the ages of 13 and 17 at the time of the event, as verified by a valid government-issued ID, will be permitted to purchase tickets and attend.
This policy is in place to ensure the event remains secure, appropriately supervised, and age-appropriate for all attendees. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Will tickets be sold at the door?
Day passes will be sold at the door for R500.00 pp, valid for one day only.
Season passes can only be purchased through Airdosh from R2,100(save R1200.00)

Do vendors at the festival accept only cashless payments?
For Season Pass holders, we offer AirDosh armbands, which allow you to preload funds for your teen to use at soft drink bars and food vendors. This ensures a safe and convenient way for them to make purchases without handling cash. Cash can still be used to buy beverages and food.
Is there transport available to and from the event?
While we do not provide direct transport, a local taxi service will be available outside the festival venue. Please note that this service is used at your own risk, and Beach Boma will not be held liable for the safety of your children outside the venue.
For safety reasons, we strongly recommend that parents personally collect their children or arrange a trusted lift club.
Kindly ensure your child is aware of their transport arrangements in advance, as the festival gates will close promptly at midnight, and no attendees will be permitted to remain outside the venue.
Can my child re-enter the festival?
We have a strict no-exit, no re-entry policy unless prior arrangements have been made with both a parent and an event official.
